Booking terms

Draft version before online payments are launched.

1. Booking

Submitting the form is a stay enquiry. A booking becomes binding after the host confirms it and the agreed payment is received.

2. Price and payment

Sending an enquiry does not create a payment obligation. Before confirming a booking, the host will provide the total stay price, any additional charges, the payment method and the payment deadline. Online payment will be offered once enabled on this website.

3. Your stay

The number of guests must not exceed the booking or apartment capacity. Guests must respect quiet hours, building rules and the no-party policy.

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A different check-out time requires prior agreement and confirmation by the host. Self check-in instructions and the entry code are sent to the booking guest before arrival once booking conditions have been met.

5. Cancellation and refunds

If the host receives your cancellation at least 7 full days (168 hours) before the scheduled 16:00 check-in, we refund 100% of the stay price paid. If the host receives it later, but at least 2 full days (48 hours) before that time, we refund 50%. Cancellations received later and no-shows are non-refundable. Send your cancellation and booking number to kontakt@familyandfriends.pl; the time of receipt determines the refund tier. We initiate any refund to the original payment method without delay, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation. The payment provider controls when the funds appear in your account. If the host cancels your stay, we refund 100% of the amount received. An alternative stay is offered only with your consent.
